The Head of CTO Strategy and Operations is responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of support services provided by the global CTO organization including program management, financial compliance, SLA management and continuous service improvement. Managed 2 of the largest IT projects in the division. As a Project Manager, implemented a new Recovery system for large Commercial Credit Card company. Managed onsite and offshore development team to implement a Collections Data Warehouse. Responsible for Project Management, database architecture, ETL design strategies, Data Quality and Security and Reporting Promoted within 16 months to Process Owner of Data Warehousing managing both a $2 Million data warehouse re-engineering project as well as a $1 Million new data warehouse build project. Responsible for Production Support and development of multiple multi-Terabyte data warehouses.Technologies Used: Oracle, AbInitio, Business Objects

Managed Business Intelligence Program for Electrical Supply Distribution company including Sales, Orders, Supply Chain, Financial, Commercial and Pricing Reporting. Daily responsibilities included budget and project management, database design oversight and implementation, systems operations support and communications/training.

Design processes for implementing Six Sigma Quality measures in IT Development and Support. Ensure quality using data collection and statistical analysis to identify efficiency and cost improvement opportunities. Implement changes and control measures including ongoing reporting and monitoring. First person in company to achieve DMAIC (Existing Process Optimization) and DFSS (New Process Design) Six Sigma Dual Certification. Led Black Belt Projects and mentored Green Belt projects resulting in $140K/year sales growth and $74K/year cost savings.

Managed 4 onsite and 10 offshore developers to deliver and maintain 5 data warehouse modules, 4 data marts and related tools and reports for user community of over 2000 employees.Designed the first web based, executive level reporting tool for business-critical metrics in division. Developed custom distance learning course and trained over 300 employees at over 80 locations.

Managed all phases of E-Commerce software commercialization and support including sales support, customer needs assessment, system design, quality assurance testing and Help Desk support, Managed all systems needs for international branch locations including Canada, Singapore, Mexico, Brazil, Saudi Arabia and Ireland.
