I am responsible for directing human resource activities related to talent acquisition, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and training and development of the Bank’s staff members. My additional role and responsibilities include the administration of both the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and Citizens Bancshares, Inc. transactions. I am a certified professional member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP), received my certification from the HR Certification Institute with a PHR designation, and am a graduate of Rhodes State College. I am also a member of the Findlay Area Human Resource Association (FAHRA). My background has allowed me to identify opportunities and provide effective human resource and financial strategies to my employers.
