Rkyp At Breathe Yoga Studios

The Mission of the Rochester Karma Yoga Project was to practice, share and promote yoga in the community as a path to uniting the mind, body and spirit in serving others.This diverse group of yogis represented all ages, abilities and experience meets on the third Saturday of most months for practice and a workshop. Area yogis were invited as leaders to share their personal flavor and style. Local charities were highlighted each month to raise awareness and to help meet the expressed needs of their members or clients. As the yoga community in Rochester continues to evolve, RKYP has decided to pause regular practices, recognizing that relationships have been built and fortified to call upon one another when needed.
