Assisted the City of Green River by writing a $2+ million grant for the police department which will relocate the department to a new facility to better accommodate their needs and services. (other grants include EPA/Brownfields and a WBC: Feasibility Study). Current project include a grant for the downtown historic depot.

This project will rehabilitate the Town's original "Old Town Hall" that has been empty and abandoned for years. This project was designed specifically to bring appropriate solutions to a Town of 104 people.Considering Bairoil is remotely located with no basic services within 40 miles, this project will bring a serf-serve snack cafe (serving as the restaurant), educational opportunities for the youth, training facilities and lodging for the industry partners, offices for medical providers to visit on a monthly basis, shared space for local crafters, town gatherings and community functions.It is a wonderful example of town pride, town commitment and will save one of the only locally historic buildings in downtown Bairoil while providing some very important services that the town has never experienced before.

Worked to develop the sustainability, working relationships and public perception of the Rock Springs downtown.
