Independent contractor overseeing all aspects of the annual Pine Tree Apple Tennis Classic - a mixed doubles tennis tournament with all proceeds benefiting pediatric cancer research initiatives at Children’s Minnesota and over 600 hospitals in 66 countries worldwide. Duties include media, player and customer relations; marketing; digital communications; event management; and fundraising. Event has raised over $2.25 million since 2020.

Independent contractor responsible for scheduling, recruiting, training and evaluating over 450 tennis officials nationwide while establishing and maintaining positive professional relationships with officials, tennis coaches and national governing bodies including the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA), the NCAA and the United States Tennis Association. I also serve on the ITA National Officials Committee.

Independent contractor responsible for scheduling, recruiting, training and evaluating tennis officials in the Upper Midwest while establishing and maintaining positive professional relationships with officials, tennis coaches and national governing bodies including the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA), the NCAA and the United States Tennis Association. I also serve on the ITA National Officials Committee.

Certified tennis official by both the United States Tennis Association and the Intercollegiate Tennis Association working all levels of tennis from grassroots, high school and Division I, II & III collegiate matches. Currently serve as a USTA National Trainer and as a member of the ITA National Officials Committee.

Served as manager and primary donor contact of Fortify Our Future Capital Campaign for needed facility improvements, raising over $1 million in 18 months. In this role, I was the coordinator of all capital campaign marketing, branding, fundraising, traditional and digital communications efforts, and fundraising event planning including galas, pro-ams, luncheons, donor receptions, and ribbon cuttings.

Coordinator of all corporate marketing, branding and communications efforts in alignment with the goals and objectives of the USTA on a local, Section and National level. Manager of marketing and communications department’s budget. Coordinator, writer and editor for all publications and collateral pieces, including Northern Exposure Magazine and USTA Northern Yearbook. Content director and editor of northern.usta.com, as well as all USTA Northern social media platforms. Event Coordinator for the USTA Northern $50,000 Women’s Professional Tournament (2005-08) and the Aquatennial Tennis Classic (2011-17) with responsibilities including developing and maintaining budgets; negotiating contracts; organizing all aspects of the tournament including volunteers, officials, players, hospitality, housing, prize money, security, crowd control and food services; overseeing community outreach, marketing, communications, scheduling and sponsor efforts. Organizer of special events including the 2010 Tennis Festival of the North, Hall of Fame induction ceremonies, USTA Northern Annual Awards dinners, membership appreciation functions and various charitable giving and fundraising events. Member of team named 2017 USTA Section of the Year by Tennis Industry magazine

Coordinator of all day-to-day media and public relations, publications, digital content, promotions and event management for the Notre Dame football, women’s swimming & diving and rowing teams, while assisting with women’s basketball and baseball for postseason NCAA Tournament play.

Director of the women’s media relations office overseeing all communications and digital media efforts for 11 Division I varsity sports.
