- Responsible for HR issues and demands in the Boticário US operation, Truss and International back office.-Act in partnership with leaders and areas in solving problems and business needs;-Develop and execute the strategic people plan connected to the business needs;-Know the market of the area / country that operates by implementing innovative solutions;-Direct interaction with Directors, Sr Managers and Managers.

- Developing and executing the business model for the company’s consulting services (Analysis for engagement surveys, design the employee journey, organize the action plan for engagement and experience, plan employee personas and the EX strategy, etc.);- Articulating and ensuring the educational strategy at Pin People (Empowering clients, our team, and HR market);- Be a part of Pin People’s executive board and translating business strategy to the tactical team;- Representing Pin People at events and lectures about Employee Experience and HR;- Ensuring an amazing working experience for Pin People’s team.

- Project management for local and global EX strategies, supporting clients such as Netflix, Natura&Co, Lojas Renner, Cogna Educação, Marisa, TOTVS, BTG Pactual, Cielo, MRV and others;- Defining and executing surveys related to employee experience and engagement such as Leadership satisfaction, organizational climate, culture, onboarding, offboarding, and others; - Supporting and overseeing the design and execution of engagement action plans; - Training clients in employee experience methodology and the company’s platform.

- Culture Guardian for Curitiba’s headquarters;- Designing and executing the engagement and culture strategies;- Tech HRBP (Developing leaders, designing team’s structure, succession plans, training and,developing and recruiting).

- Responsible for spreading, supporting, developing and guiding leaders (of all levels) aboutpeople’s strategy;- Interface between business areas and HR specialists;- Coaching and assisting leaders on HR’s tasks as: Performance evaluation, IDP, successionpool, talent management and mapping, assessments, T&D and compensation (people’sbudget and career track, promotion, salary increases, etc.);- Analyzing and tracking HR’s KPIs;- Responsible for designing and executing the company’s local diversity and inclusionproject and policy.

- Responsible for supporting, developing and aiding new leaders with people’s strategiesand policies;- Supporting leaders and HR on performance evaluation, IDP, Succession pools, talentmapping, assessments, training and developing plan and compensation policy;- Analyzing and tracking KPIs;- Recruiting;- Designing and executing the onboarding program.
