CurrentExploratory evaluation of unconventional targets in Neuquina basin based on existing wells and published information from near fields. Seismic interpretation of subsurface. Well tieing. Time and depth mapping. Landings and stacking definition. Operative geologist during first unconventional exploratory well within the área (P + h). Real time geosteering with Starsteer. Team petrophysicist. Logs and sampling supervisor during wireline operations. Core and SWC acquisition, plugging and tests definition, tracing of progress. Results interpretation and well data integration. Well image interpretation. Probabilistic and deterministic petrophysical models based on integration of wells information. Pilot and development phase geology programme including surface and subsurface diagrams (pads, roads paths and wellheads mapping, wastewater disposals and control wells, layouts). Execution and responsible for drilling rigs. 24-hour well monitoring. Technical proposals (Drill plans, coordinates adjustments, trajectories, official documents to public entities). Continuous interaction with wellsites, geosteering team and drilling engineers. Internal and external reports for management. Well final reports generation/reviewing. Well logs data acquisition and rock studies programs for model adjustments. Rock and fluid lab analysis sampling and monitoring. Research and testing of alternative logging/lab methods to improve reservoir certainty. Geomechanical integration and modelation for stimulation simulation. Active participation in the oil companies’ meetings promoted by the Water Resources Dept. of the Neuquén Province (SsRH - Spanish acronym). Groundwater mapping and modeling workflow for shoe positioning optimization.
