Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business, IT, functional, and cross workstream resources to drive overall data quality. - Deep understanding of business concepts - Perform data quality validations to ensure data is as per the business needs and expectations - Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content - Help in the management of working flexible hours, evenings, staggered shifts, rotating schedules, holidays, weekends, etc. - Managing client relationships. - Leading client meetings and formulating deliverables for clients. - Translating and delivering impactful and actionable insights based on data-driven methodology. - Partnering closely with the practice leadership team and cross-functional partners to turn insights into actionable recommendations - Providing clients with timely support for questions about both our solutions platform and industry experience - Effectively managing and mentoring a junior team on a day-to-day basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Communicate and escalate risks, issues, challenges and status- Collaborate with business, IT, functional, and cross workstream resources to drive overall data quality- Design, set up, and maintain automated ETL processes (Teradata - BigQuey)- Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualization (Tableau)- Deep understanding of business concepts - Perform data quality validations to ensure data is as per the business needs and expectations- Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content- Help in the management of working flexible hours, evenings, staggered shifts, rotating schedules, holidays, weekends, etc.- Address any impacts to the data migration team
