Technical Operations Department - Merck (Pharmaceutical) Manufacturing Division• Optimized the Mechanical Set-Up procedure for ZOCOR (Simvastatin) with the purpose of speeding up the turnaround from one manufacturing campaign to another, which greatly reduced operation expenses.• Evaluated pressure test methods for vessels, related equipment, and transfer lines to eliminate leaks and confirm integrity between points in preparation for new procedure campaigns.
