As a B2B business claimsforce aims to digitize core claims management processes, driving the digital transformation of the insurance industry.My responsibilities include, among others: - Planning of marketing activities and conference participation - Managing customer implementations - Sales pipeline planning and management- Contact for customer support inquiries- Building partnerships and collaborations

Involvement in several logistics projects for large E-Commerce clients with varying responsibilities:- Project lead for a warehouse capacity expansion for the peak season and the integration of external partners to support the customer becoming a marketplace.- Shared sub-project responsibility for the operations stream of a new customer implementation with a planned go-live within only 5 months.- PMO for a customer expansion project with IT (SAP EWM) focus.In all projects, my tasks revolved around: - Project planning, project controlling, definition and tracking of milestones and continuous monitoring of project status- Organizing workshops and meetings, including preparation and follow-up work- Coordination of tasks with internal departments and the customer- Preparation of status updates for external communication and full customer support until go-live

- Direct support of the Consumer Products President in projects with a focus on Supply Chain Management and independent driving of their implementation - Support in day-to-day business, preparation of management presentations and follow-up of management meetings- Event and meeting coordination of numerous formats such as the CP Management Meetings, CP Wissensbissen, CP Summer Summit as well as other (regular) meetings

- Analyzing and evaluating new venture investments- Elaborating market and trend analyses and portfolio data analyses- Preparing meetings and conferences with top management participation- Supporting project management for collaboration initiatives

- Initiating and coordinating internal cooperation within the group- Coordinating various workshops/meetings to foster cross-divisional collaboration (Country Coordination Meetings, Content Circles, O-Days, etc.)- Onboarding new acquisitions to the group
