Working with The Lifesharing branch of UCSD Medical in multiple aspects as a program developer, trainer and director, communication consultant, executive and leadership coach. In 2021, I implemented a dual advanced communication skill program for leadership and staff. The program was specifically designed to run simultaneously, creating an impactful person-centered approach for both groups, both remote and onsite, with increased problem resolution skills that directly aided in approach techniques.In 2022, we developed and launched a full-scale employee engagement program focused on the collection and analysis of organizational psychometric data as well as established and further facilitated an employee-lead engagement committee, using human-centered design to fulfill employee engagement initiatives and goals.With the support of the LifeSharing team, we found conclusive data linking our employee engagement program with increased psychological safety, and improvements in trust, growth, appreciation, communication, inclusion, and overall employee engagement. In 2023, we submitted our results as an abstract for inclusion in the 16th Annual UC San Diego Health Innovations & Inquiry E-Conference, June 16th, 2023. • 3.3% employee engagement increase after only 8 months of implementation• CEO rating of 4.7 out of 5• Psychological safety ratings of 61% “very” or “extremely” comfortable sharing with leaders, & 75% “very” or “extremely” comfortable speaking up to colleagues

There I was able to create and maintain the corporate fitness programs, including personal training, group exercise, yoga, and health workshops. A minor amount of on-site gym management was involved as well.Additionally, I was invited to conduct a several workshops, one being a training course for Elan's sales team. Beyond the live trainings, on wellbeing and fitness on the road, I created an accompanying, illustrated manual, "Travel-fit@ Elan", that I published/printed in 2001.
