My experience as a support analyst taught me how to establish a trusting relationship with clients and communicate effectively, especially when answering questions or explaining solutions to reported issues. These skills then made me a strong data architect, where I received many compliments on my ability to communicate complex information in a way that is understandable to the clients. I enjoyed researching data issues that were reported as well as designing new processes or changes to existing as requested.
