We also provide funding consultancy services where by EU, Government and Lottery (including Sport England) funding is accessed internally and externally for clients. Through my years of experience within HR and recruitment (in-house, agency and outsourced) I have set up a recruitment arm of the business, providing recruitment solutions to clients within wide reaching industry sectors.I am responsible for providing HR training, advice and guidance to senior and middle managers and supporting managers in the delivery front line HR procedures. I have developed and implemented the HR strategy including conducting a business requirements analysis based on contracts achieved and projects implemented in the business, setting priorities and defining plans for functional areas of the business, including change and transformation plans. I lead talent acquisition, succession planning and skills development for the company and advise clients on their recruitment strategy and their strategic succession plan, as well as offering a recruitment consultancy service. I have been instrumental in securing contracts with EU, Government and Lottery for training and development programmes and community projects including Apprenticeship delivery, and have designed and implemented quality assurance plans and procedures based on the requirements of funders, awarding bodies and OFSTED including all back end processes for each functional area Show less

Dorset

I am a Trustee of the charity Young Dorset. We work with children and youth within the Dorset community including those who are disengaged, hard to reach and disadvantaged. We provide inspiring projects and motivational interventions, sporting opportunities and cookery and nutrition workshops to enable our community to take steps in developing a healthy lifestyle. We also offer access to training, life and employability skills, qualifications and apprenticeships to help our County's youth go… Show more I am a Trustee of the charity Young Dorset. We are totally reliant on funding, donations, contributions and sponsorship and through this we can provide many of the projects and interventions free of charge to our youth beneficiaries. Our interventions have seen an increase in the amount of physical activity young people are participating in and a reduction in street roaming, leading to a decrease in anti-social behaviour. Some of our beneficiaries have become volunteers for the charity (or other charities) after being involved in our projects. Unfortunately this work can only continue by us securing further funding, donations or corporate sponsorship.
