20 years of experience in marketing, securing my place as an official old(er) person, however, I prefer Marketing OG. And while there isn't much I can do about being over 40, being in the game this long gives me the courage and insight to apply practical marketing to any brand, and show how bringing together all the marketing disciplines can be done with fiscal responsibility and aplomb. And man, can I wrangle feral cats and put out fires........I have done all aspects of marketing hands-on, and I have learned the art AND the science of marketing. I also know that one size doesn't fit all, and every brand needs its own mix of ingredients to be nourished. I thrive on success, whether it's increased sales or making some brand noise. My skill set includes, but is not limited to, marketing, public relations, advertising, product development, writing, creative/art directing, social media influencing, website developing, CRM set up, content creating, digital strategizing, designing, AI implementation, and all the other skills needed to make informed brand decisions. I have worked in a true, structured corporate environment, as well as an agency, and as a successful agency owner/operator. I am a network builder, problem solver, knowledge seeker, and a force of nature. I am passionate about creating and executing innovative and effective marketing solutions for various industries and clients and mentor the next generation of marketing professionals. I have never started a sentence with, "this is how we've always done it" or "because I said so".Extreme proficiency in all things martech, with an eye on new trends and developments that make marketing work better, give more robust analytics, and help drive fact-based decision-making with a dash of intuition.
