Experienced Agile Coach and Project Management Consultant with a demonstrated working history in automotive, mechanical engineering and sporting goods industry. I focus on the development of teams and organizations on their way to set up an agile working model. To help a team to become successful, in my opinion the key is to set the priority on each individual and role in the agile set-up. In my role as a Coach I am supporting the teams and individuals on this journey by coaching them regarding the set-up of a (scaled) framework and mainly on their agile mindset. Each member of a (Scrum) team brings a specific expertise with them. I am supporting them to bring this expertise to value and therefore help them to strenghten their self-perceiption and importance in the team towards a high degree of self-organization.
