I managed strategy and implementation of general and direct marketing for client including Northwest Airlines, 3M Office Products, History Center/ Mill City Museum, Marquette Bank, Children's Defense Fund and The Salvation Army.

An account executive in the direct marketing department, I was the day-to-day agency contact for clients such as H&R Block, Renewal by Andersen, Qwest Communications, Land O'Lakes and PUR. Key accomplishment - managed the complex tax DM campaign for H&R Block, $8MM budget, 24MM email/direct mail pieces, 94 versions and 19 concepts developed in 5 months and dispatched over 3 weeks.
