After five years of working with NDH as a client, I joined the firm in December 2011. Every day is a different and fun challenge. I work with talented entrepreneurs to support their company's growth initiatives. I'm well-versed in operational start-up matters, financial accounting and reporting, implementing and training on accounting systems, and HR. I am passionate about entrepreneurship and currently split time between NDH and Mikerphone Brewing, a business my husband and I formed in 2015.

Reported directly to the CEO, operating as his “right arm” in both managing the back-office administrative functions and in collaborating on short and long-term strategic planning and analysis of growth initiatives. As the first employee at Company's launch, I have held a number of core roles during the 8 years at VerveLife: VP, Finance & Operations (2009-2011), Secretary of the Board of Directors (2007- 2011), Director of Operations (2006-2009), Office Manager / Human Resources (2003-2006)
