In my role as Senior Recruiter and People Operations Team Supervisor, I led recruitment initiatives and supervised HR operations at Cache Creek Casino Resort, focusing on aligning talent acquisition with business goals. I managed the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
