As Talent Acquisition Manager lead a portfolio of searches and execute all efforts. This includes recruiting and hiring a diverse staff of top talent to achieve Volt’s organizational priorities and mission. Manage and support the recruitment strategy in partnership with HR leadership. Establish key initiatives to support FirstService's growing markets to include; CA, AZ and NV. This role also drives specialized staffing programs to address gaps and diverse candidate pipeline development. Collaborate with Corporate office to lead and implement new ATS integration with ADP RM and VE. Train and develop staff to support recruitment needs.

Was a key player for global hiring of architects, interior designers, planners and all corporate operational needs for 6 offices. Key ownership of all legal immigration compliance and training, as well as international travel, recruitment and support to Asia and Europe. In addition, developed the college recruitment and internship programs. This included establishing key partnerships with University Alumni programs and career services departments.

Collaborated with the executive team to expand Nielsen TV Ratings membership representative's throughout the US. This included the expansion of the TOP 10 local people meter markets, as well as the National People Meter Sample. Was responsible for developing field supervisors and trainers on key interviewing skills and identifying field competencies. Also owned local career fair participation, to include college recruitment strategy, in order to identify new talent. Extensive travel was required in order to support field operations.
