• Directed overall management functions on a very independent basis for the Plano branch including hiring, training & developing all staff members – Sales, Recruiting and Operations. Prepared budgets and accountable to P&L management including all branch overhead. Plano was recognized as one of the most profitable branches for Volt during this time frame.• Selected by Regional VP to open and manage Volt's first Accounting and Finance branch in the Dallas area which focused on direct hire of Accounting Professionals; opened the branch from "ground up" - identified real estate/office location, selected furnishings/equipment, hired and trained staff; developed marketing plans and sales strategies; this was accomplished while maintaining direct management of the Plano office simultaneously.
