Managing the implementation of a new ATS, Taleo, a global induction programme to be used in all offices and the creation of an HR intranet. I also provided operational support to offices in multiple territories and led a TUPE transfer across several locations.

I split my time between being the EMEA HRIS (Workday) Analyst mainly focused on reporting and keeping our data clean, providing generalist support to people in London, Turkey, Dublin, Dubai and India, managing UK benefits/Pension Auto Enrolment and adhoc HR projects.

Being the first point of contact for all HR enquiries across both brands including the US and Hong Kong offices. Assisting in all admin duties for HR related tasks across the brands including; head count figures, attrition rates, tracking sickness and absence, producing structure charts, issuing letters relating to changes in contracts, supporting with salary review and mid/end of year review and processing staff benefits.Resourcing: Directly recruiting for entry and mid level positions, this included working with senior managers on the selection of candidates, actively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, producing contracts and conducting inductions for all new starter across both brands.Payroll for all UK employees; adding new starters, terminating leavers, processing salary reviews, season ticket loans and cycle to work scheme, as well as adding calculated pay and overtime.

The Group Resourcing Team specialise in recruiting graduates into both our London Head office and stores. Roles include, Buying, Merchandising, Distribution, Finance, HR, Customer Care Advisors and Retail Management Programmes. Tasks and Responsibilities:- Initial screening of applications - Conducting telephone interviews for; Buying, Merchandising, Distribution, Planning Analyst and Customer Care- Coordinate Assessment Centres- Process candidate feedback from Assessment Centres- Record and Report on weekly application figures, updating on any new trends- Manage inboxes for; Group Resourcing, Supplier Enquiries and Work Experience- Process and book travel/accommodation for team- Manage PR and Event work experience as well as adhoc work experience- Raising and Receipting invoices- Supporting at careers fairs- Update internal vacancy board weekly- Support with reviewing of recruitment materials- Updating job boards with new vacancies and ensuring all profiles and branding is up to date.
