Lisa Pearce, independent owner of LI Designs, is experienced in all areas of remodeling and construction including kitchen and bath remodeling and design-build specification. As a long-time member and participant in the NKBA, Lisa has also entered and won the coveted People’s Choice Award, for her work in two designer showcase homes. Almost two decades after her first job as a lumber and millwork salesperson, Lisa is still doing what she loves. Creating beautiful, sustainable, and comfortable spaces for people to live in.LI Designs was founded by Lisa Pearce in 2004. "Working in the design and building trades since 1986, I selected to start my own company because I have seen the angst that customers and builders go through without having a well thought out plan in place. My pre-construction methods simply help the customers in visualizing and budgeting before a labor contract is. This brings peace of mind for the builder and owners. I continue to love what I do and will go on to help others weave through the renovation process with ease and synergy.
