ESPEC-NA, a leading manufacturer of environmental test chambers that create temperature & humidity extremes. My primary role was to coach and train Sales Representatives and our customers, to easily identify our best environmental test chamber to meet their testing needs. I was responsible for creating RFP’s (Request for Proposal), worked with our Engineers to design an approve a chamber, review pricing specification with Purchasing, and inform the customer of pricing and lead times. While in this role, I identified areas where we could better serve our internal and external customers, I worked to reduce sales duplication through internal processes, which improved the standardized workflow, this was followed up by revising the Work Instructions for our focus team.

I was responsible for setting up and callibration of the Wrapper Cell. I worked closely with the Product Machine Engineers and the Quality Engineers to ensure we were running perfect parts. This machine formed the wrappers for a Laterial File Product.
