• Scheduling of containerized freight for marine export distribution. Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage international and domestic orders with sales, overseas offices and agents, domestic distributors and customers, in regards to forecast, allocation, and product availability.
• Liaison with Freight Forwarder to ensure proper customs clearance information is complete and issued timely.
• Process all export shipments within portfolio including interaction on a daily basis with the freight forwarder, rail, motor carrier, and steam ship lines to ensure proper compliance.
• Maintain master data for reference contracts and portal access as well as set-up customers and requests users for the portal.
• Interface with internal and external departments and customers such as finance, credit, and overseas agents and offices to resolve customer account and internal supply chain issues.

• Managed shipments and prepared export documentation for various containerized goods and commodities globally for several accounts including ExxonMobil, Celanese, Kraton, and ConAgra. Key Responsibilities
• Train and on board new employees as well as ensure cross training and provide back up coverage on accounts during periods of absence and vacation.
• Process foreign to foreign land and ocean shipments.
• Arrange ocean and land logistics according to customer requirements.
• Prepare export documentation such as Ocean Bills of lading, commercial documents, certificates of origin, packing lists, Hazardous declarations, and etc., in accordance with customer, Letter of Credit, and foreign.
• File shipments in AES system.
