Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage international and domestic orders with sales, overseas offices and agents, domestic distributors and customers, in regards to forecast, allocation, and product availability.• Liaison with Freight Forwarder to ensure proper customs clearance information is complete and issued timely.• Process all export shipments within portfolio including interaction on a daily basis with the freight forwarder, rail, motor carrier, and steam ship lines to ensure proper compliance. • Maintain master data for reference contracts and portal access as well as set-up customers and requests users for the portal.• Interface with internal and external departments and customers such as finance, credit, and overseas agents and offices to resolve customer account and internal supply chain issues.• Receive and handle customer complaints and issues, timely and effectively.• Work in conjunction with account managers and other business functions to represent the needs of the customer as well as serve the needs of the company.
