I've been blessed to forge meaningful relationships through hands-on services and have both inspired and learned from colleagues, ranging from fresh talent to seasoned professionals, through team leadership and management roles.My journey has included coordinating advanced education for beauty industry trade shows, sharing my expertise and techniques as an educator, and leading events and fashion shows that celebrated our craft. I also served as the Director/Mentor for the Salon and Spa Professional Association's "Students With Awesome Talent" Team and spent seven years as a Board Director for the Minnesota Salon & Spa Professional Association.As an EQ, dynamic and personable leader, I bring a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and an engaging leadership style.
