I led the strategic communications planning and oversaw the development and implementation of internal and external communications materials, including being lead writer and editor. Provided leadership and direction to a team of communications professionals while focusing on innovative opportunities and efficiencies. Collaborating with divisions across the Corporation to ensure message and strategy alignment, I also acted as strategic advisor on corporate communications.

Developed retail marketing and product strategies, and provided ongoing brand and marketing management for clients in Asia, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and the Dominican Republic. I was responsible for managing relationships and multiple budgets, as well as delivering on-site presentations and sales strategies. I also managed a team of Account Executives and Coordinators, collaborated with designers on the creative development, and worked with market researchers to determine and implement market trends and best practices.

I oversaw the creation and production of multi-media advertising campaigns and wrote and implemented strategic advertising and communications plans. I wrote ad copy and campaign materials, media releases, brochures, corporate profiles, speaking notes, web content, and proposals. Was responsible for senior client relationships, consulted on brand, marketing and public relations issues, and provided on-going brand and marketing management to numerous clients. I worked with market research teams and senior strategists, identifying insights into key messaging, as well as with the Creative Director and Graphic Designers on creative concepts. I also managed corporate guidelines and brand standards, implemented brand launches, and acted as proofreader and editor.

I built and operated a yacht charter and management company that included a fleet of company-owned and privately-owned yachts. In developing the company, I created and implemented business and marketing plans, initiated business development, coordinated international trade shows, and managed a team of employees.
