Hands on management of all financial and investor relation functions, including merger, capital offerings, regulatory filings, regulatory examinations, audits and financial statements for a commercial community bank, non-bank subsidiaries and holding company. Consolidated assets totaled $335 million; annual revenues of $14 - $18 million; 75 full-time equivalent staff in 8 branches throughout Northern Virginia.
