I built and managed a high-performing marketing team, overseeing branding, creative strategies, marketing operations, social media, ECommerce, and in-store merchandising solutions.

I led the digital strategy team for a catalog and online-only men’s clothing retailer with $16MM in annual revenue. By directing targeted ECommerce strategies across SEM, paid social, Amazon, and affiliate channels, I achieved a 13% increase in gross margin dollars and an 18% increase in gross margin percentage year-over-year for 2019. I also grew revenue over 20% in social channels and 30% in affiliate channels, while refining customer targeting to achieve a 22% increase in new customers and a 3x return on ad spend. Additionally, I contributed significantly to creative direction, including campaigns, content, photography, and video planning.

I defined and executed a new Direct-To-Consumer brand and retail strategy for McCormick & Co., a global flavor manufacturing leader with over $6.9B in annual revenue. Leading the concept and planning for an omni-channel DTC business, I directed operations for North America's first DTC eCommerce storefront and led digital marketing strategies that exceeded proof of concept eCommerce revenue targets by 18% and achieved a 15% month-over-month revenue growth. I also managed the launch of a new brick & mortar company retail store, overseeing design, product planning, and merchandising. Additionally, I grew private label brand sales in-store by 32% and in-store revenue by 11% year-over-year, and served on the company's prestigious internal consulting firm, the Multiple Management Board, for four consecutive terms.

I developed and implemented processes for a brand new holistic wellness center, achieving profitability within six months with over $1MM in revenue while managing a team of 15 employees.
