A 30 year professional with extensive experience as capture manager for large infrastructure projects. In addition, Lisa’s resume of capabilities includes extensive client relations across multiple transport modes, background in communications, government affairs and business development. Lisa possesses strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Her track record for successfully winning large contracts as the lead pursuit manager exceeds $ 310 million and as a key team leader over $800 million. She possesses an extensive national and international network in the transportation industry. Lisa previously served on the boards of Women in Transportation International and the IBTTA Foundation. She was Chair of the Communications Committe (2014) and Vice Chair (2020) for ITS World Congress. Currently, she serves as a founding member of the IBTTA Women in Tolling Council, Board member for the American Public Transportation Association Foundation and on the Government Affairs and International Affairs committees for IBTTA. She has been recognized as one of the 100 most influential women in GA by Georgia Engineering magazine and was honored as the recipient of the Living the Legacy Award by WTS Atlanta Chapter 2022. Lisa is also a strong leader in her community and was recognized as a 2023 Empowering Women honoree by Atlanta chapter of Dress for Success. She currently serves on the Board of Ambassadors for the American Cancer Society, Georgia chapter. Last but not least, Lisa is a published travel writer. Travel is her greatest passion and she has visited 48 states, 45 countries and 5 continents to date.
