A new role to support the existing programme of previous role.Continuing to work within the large HR programme (One Team), reporting into the UK Senior Change Manager. Working with the Organisations & HR Process Owners for the UK to Implement the HCM platform Workday to all Santander colleagues in the UK. Working alongside the Groups Change Management Team and collaborating across each Change Management representative across the group. Harmonisation requirements to deliver 1 HCM platform across the group improving simplicity by delivering Workday facilitating one way of working for all.This involved partnerships with the Learning & Development teams to design, create and deliver an online training platform for all colleagues, during the complexity of remote working.Presenting progress of the programme and developing through coaching new ways of working to Senior Stakeholders across the business.Created a network of Champions across each division within the UK, providing early test and learn facility to support early adoption.Supported the communication campaign to internal colleagues managing the repository for all online learning materials and support documents for all the HR processes with Workday. This involved multiple stakeholder management inclusive of content owners for each area to update existing way of working to articulating new way of working.Presenting to large groups the benefits of Workday and what the changes mean, educating colleagues to ensure on the day of implementation all teams were trained and had access to the platform of learning to assist and support new processes covering the end to end employee life cycle.

Supporting retention, career progression and global mobility. Designed and built a repository to support improved governance and overall simplification. Working constructively and collaboratively with senior stakeholders across each business function and HR AOE's to define, develop and implement this change, using project methodology through challenge to influence configuration.

Relocated to Milton Keynes joining a small team of senior stakeholders to design and deliver a CEO sponsored Financial Crime Programme to launch the first FC Apprenticeship scheme in the UK.Responsible for the programme strategy and operating model.Designed a full induction and online training platform.Managed the full on boarding of 3 cohorts of Financial Crime Apprentices.Responsible for the partnership with the training providers BPP.Accountable for the performance and retention of the Apprentices.Recognised for the performance as Santander winner 2018 for project management and the delivery of the programme.Recognised independently as also BPP's winner chosen as their ambassador for my leadership.
