I provide strategic direction and leadership in the long-term planning and daily operations of the Workforce Solutions Department. I lead a team of Business Development Consultants that deliver leading-edge customized training, technical assistance and professional development to business and organizations in the MATC - Greater Milwaukee Area. Responsible for the senior leadership & strategic direction of the Amazon account with oversight of the RPO, MSP, and contract staffing operations. I was accountable for operational management, service delivery, and recruitment of seven high-volume Amazon locations. I provided ongoing senior-level account management, developed innovative sourcing strategies, built proactive partnerships as well as consult and deliver excellent customer service. Additionally, I was responsible for managing, mentoring, coaching, and developing the account team and creating positive relationships with internal clients and departments.
