With over 30 years in the hospitality and service industries, I've worn many hats—managing restaurants, running hotel operations, and leading community programs that make a difference. My work has always been about more than just getting the job done; it’s about making sure everyone feels valued, supported, and connected.For years, I faced the challenges of addiction and mental health struggles. Those experiences shaped who I am today and fueled my passion for helping others find the support they need. After successfully navigating my own recovery, I committed myself to making a difference in the lives of others who are facing similar battles.One of my proudest achievements is founding the Emergency Weather Response Program in St. Charles County, which provided shelter to over 200 homeless individuals during freezing winter nights. This project was a direct reflection of my belief in the power of community and the importance of giving back.My lived experience has given me a unique perspective on the importance of access to treatment, compassionate care, and the right resources at the right time. Now, I’m looking for a role where I can leverage both my professional skills and personal journey to make an even greater impact—by helping connect individuals to the treatment and services that can change their lives.I’m eager to connect with like-minded people who share my dedication to making a positive impact.
