When I was 15, a classmate looked over at me and said, "You know what your problem is?" I waited uncomfortably for his answer. He said, "You care too much." I was stunned - he was right! Now, several years later, he is still right. However, caring is not so much my "problem" as much as it is my strength.I care about others - their well-being, their goals, their personal fulfillments. I also care about me - working with integrity, setting high personal standards, using my talents and skills to affect positive outcomes. I could go on, but in short, I care A LOT that me and those around me are able to maximize their potential. I am seeking a career that will harness this strength as well as my other aptitudes, including analytical abilities, organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and high emotional intelligence.
