I'm Lisa and I’m passionate about helping organisations and individuals to flourish and thrive through positive/coaching psychology, positive leadership and strengths development. I’m a ILM accredited Executive Coach and MSc level qualified Positive Psychology Practitioner. I have a range of recognised coaching and therapeutic qualifications including - Master Strengths Practitioner, an NLP Practitioner and trained in the therapeutic areas of Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Trauma Informed Practice. I am person centred, with a psycho-educative approach and I deliver 1:1 and group coaching and mentoring programmes for those working in corporate life and entrepreneurship.
