I have a range of recognised coaching and therapeutic qualifications including - Master Strengths Practitioner, an NLP Practitioner and trained in the therapeutic areas of Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Trauma Informed Practice. I am person centred, with a psycho-educative approach and I deliver 1:1 and group coaching and mentoring programmes for those working in corporate life and entrepreneurship.
