At Aneca I started as a Financial Representative 1. I was responsible for basic teller transactions, and member service responsibilities. In June, I was promoted to Operations Supervisor. I was responsible for training staff on new products, and working with branch managers to make improvements to the member experience. I learned about fraud and how to file bond claims when necessary. I am now certified as a Credit Union Security and Fraud Expert. My current role is Operations Team Lead. I am responsible for back office operational functions and different projects for our credit union.

At Mil-Way, I started as a Teller, then worked my way up to Vault Teller. I worked with several others to help start the Check 21 program, I ordered the vault cash from the Federal Reserve for all 3 locations, managed the teller line, and ordered supplies for all locations. From that position, I was promoted to Member Service Representative where I was responsible for typical member service requests. I also learned how to do wire transfers, IRAs, and learned to be back up for the ACH department.
