Promoted and encouraged staff to complete our Employee Engagement Survey to identify our Employee Engagement Score(EES). We used this score and staff comments to identify how satisfied the staff was working for us.Meeting all strategic and financial company goals required out-of-the box thinking to resolve challenges that would surface. Coaching and mentoring the staff to help with retention and to help them achieve personal goals were duties I sincerely enjoyed.My job was to do whatever it took to make sure the hotel ran smoothly and that upper management stayed informed on what was happening.
