CurrentA $10 billion provider of device insurance, warranty and support services for devices, like mobile phones, tablets, and computers that all encompass consumer electronics. Provide end to end sourcing, contracting, negotiating and supplier management responsibilities for Enterprise Technology, Product and Cybersecurity with a combined spend of approximately 75M. Achieved 6.6M dollars comprised of hard and soft savings in 2024. Coordinates the Contract redlining process for Legal, Privacy and Risk teams. This involves requesting an intake from the business partner to outline how the license, subscription, SaaS or Cloud platform is used and if risk is associated with the use case. My function here is to redline the contract terms and conditions along with negotiating the SLAs to meet Asurion's business requirements. Regularly collaborate with business teams at the early stage of sourcing lifecycle and provide marketplace insights while proactively engaging with the teams to help in the sourcing decisions utilizing Gartner, Forrester and LogicSource. The collaboration process consists of monthly meetings with the business as well as additional ad hoc meetings needed for deeper strategy preparation conversations to outline a category strategy for higher dollar platforms. Drive the RFX process including scheduling, communications, documentation and facilitating teams in selecting suppliers using the 7 step sourcing process. Benchmark price and performance of existing products/services with marketplace and provide recommendation on appropriate sourcing and/or supplier decisions utilizing Gartner, Forrester and LogicSource. These typically end up utilizing calls with their analysts to ask questions about platforms we are interested in. Prepare for Tier 1 Supplier Business reviews by having pre internal reviews before the Business Reviews take place. Schedule review's that fit business requirements whether they are quarterly, bi-annual, or annual.
