I ran the daily operations of one of General Assembly's flagship educational products, including course localizations, instructor hiring, student experience, and P&L management. This is where I discovered the power of user-centricity, agile ways of working, and experimentation.

As the 2nd sales manager hire, I built many of the sales operations and activities still in place today. My contributions include creating phone scripts, email templates, sales presentation decks, various job aids, and mapping close rates to specific tactics.

Spearheaded a robust digital marketing strategy to expand brand awareness and increase lead flow for sales team including SEO, content marketing, social media marketing and email marketing. Led website redesign, managed web content, managed SEO firm and implemented new sales CRM to improve sales workflow and increase performance visibility.

Ran sales and recruitment activities with a focus on relationship building and educating leads on product offerings. Managed database of 2,000+ leads, communicating with 50+ daily by phone and email. Created pitch decks, led all sales events and regularly exceeded close rate goals.
