With a love of cosmetics and a passion for selling I set out to increase sales and raise brand awareness of this UK Company. Introducing party plan to the business model, I held my first party with a single A4 flyer and achieved £280 sales. 3 months later I had written a 30 page catalogue, designed a complete registration and ordering site, passing onto IT to develop alongside my online training programme. We recruited a small but perfect team of self-employed consultants to retail alongside the other routes market available from Helen É.Whilst managing stands at national events held at the NEC, Excel, Earls Court and Olympia I brought in business from independent salons and colleges across the UK. Heading up the Helen É Academy I was invited into colleges to teach students make-up application and business skills. Working direct to the Managing Director I supported Helen É at many flagship events ; Miss England, Miss World, J Fashion Show – Savoy London , Asian Awards – Grosvenor House Hotel and Clothes Show Live. From organising models, booking make-up artists, presenting awards and company voice over’s my networking skills were always used to drive business.From 2013 onwards …. My on-going relationship continues with Helen É Cosmetics on a consultancy basis for this successful UK company. As an independent trainer I can offer workshops to colleges and groups to enhance skills in make-up application and business building. Available to new companies wanting to enter the world of direct selling or established teams needing a fresh injection of energy!
