As the Membership Director (VIC & SA) at PWN, I have been leading the strategy and execution of membership retention and growth. I have a passion for building community and relationships, and I have successfully increased the membership base and retention rate across Victoria and South Australia in my role as Membership Director. My experience and background are in account management, sales, partnerships, and marketing, coupled with CRM software, new business development, and customer and partner relationship management. I have also earned multiple certifications from LinkedIn in marketing copy, social media, and online marketing.
