CurrentAfter being with SCI for 22 years, the company was acquired by Persistent Systems, Inc. My role has changed slightly, as PSI is a very large company. I am part of the People Management function, serving all U.S. employees, with a specialization in Benefits.- Developed and present weekly Benefits Orientation for new hires and acquisitions.- Developed and present “Benefits 101: Introduction to U.S. Healthcare,” a training for employees joining us from other countries, employees deputed from Persistent India, and college graduates. - Maintain New Hire/benefit election/Termination/COBRA spreadsheet to ensure that all employees have enrolled and all terminated employees are sent COBRA packages.- Spearheaded Open Enrollment. Presented multiple OE presentations, developed PPTs and Benefits Booklet, worked with new broker for all aspects, including issues with the new benefit administration system, etc.- Created and presented monthly Wellness webinars for the U.S. population. - Point of contact with broker; attend weekly meetings, resolve employee issues, review manual payroll reports, meet with vendors as needed regarding issues with coverage or other issues, etc.• Developed and maintain a website for U.S. employees – Important Links for US Employees – that includes important links and documentation• Perform virtual I9 verifications.• People relationship specialist for a population of 950 employees; work with employees on all types of issues, many of which require in-person Teams meetings – payroll questions, leave issues/ questions, employee issues with management, concerns about salary, management issues with employees, relocation questions, PTO issues, etc.• Main point of HR contact for the group with which I was acquired (about 80 employees); work directly with the Payments Group head on specific employee concerns and issues.Etc
