I started a new business in a new location providing a broad range of quality name brand merchandise at affordable prices. Products include english and western saddles tack apparel and footwear for men women and children. In addition we selected the best care products and feed. I self-educated myself about all the products and uses so that i could add value to our customers. We work on educating the community about ways to improve the care for their animals and people. I created relationships with 4H groups, horse clubs, kennel club, local university and veterinarians providing goods and services. Love having the opportunity to talk to caregivers on simple ways to improve the quality of life and hearing their success stories.

I enjoyed serving as DOE Federal Project Director over multiple projects, contractors and project teams in Paducah, KY and Brookhaven, NY. Unique conditions and challenges led to a wealth of experiences and knowledge. I was fortunate to gain knowledge in administrative functions, managing a lifecycle baseline of 0.5 billion. It was my expereince and ability to handle all types of contamination: volatile organic compounds, metals, PCBs and radiological in soil, groundwater and building media. Communication with all stakeholders and level of management was an important function. I managed information for the public, regulators and briefed all-levels of DOE management (including DOE legal and headquarters). I reviewed all phases of project documents as well as environmental compliance reports for agreement with regulations, DOE orders and baseline. I sought out opportunities for continued education, obtaining my PMP and would support various review, such as the ISMS Health and Safety review for the Depleted Uranium Hexafluoride facility and served as the Subject Matter Expert relative to Environmental Compliance and Waste Management.Served as DOE Project Manager for the High Flux Beam Reactor (HFBR) at Brookhaven National Laboratory. Provided oversight of the Decontamination and Demolition of the HFBR/BGRR Balance of Plant facilities. Prepared DOE Site Operational Readiness Review (ORR) documents for the Brookhaven Graphite Research Reactor (BGRR) and supported the ORR process. Other responsibilities included review lifecycle baseline, update all-levels of DOE management, interface with regulators, review project documents, reviewed lifecycle baseline costs for adequacy and compared to project documents.

While with PW Grosser Consulting I supported clients in the private and public sectors. As an environmental professional, I was frequently called upon to quantify environmental risks and develop appropriate strategies based upon the client’s needs and goals within the local regulatory framework. Further, as a professional with experience in multiple states and at federal facilities, I can easily integrate in various regulatory climates and could effortlessly interface with all stakeholders. Initially I gained experience in the field and advanced to Vice President of Federal Projects. I was privileged to have the opportunity develop strategies for cleanup of metals, volatile organic compounds, polychlorinated biphenyls and radiological contamination in various media using practical and reliable solutions.
