- Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance- Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency- Monitor stock levels to ensure the current stocks are meeting with the local demands- Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation- Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store- Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts- Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines provided by the company and government.

• Negotiate and market company's product to customers to generate sales to achieve personal and team target. Provide product knowledge to meet customers’ needs and demands. Able to memorize over 500 skus to promote to customers. • Take initiatives to conduct marketing plan by going live on Facebook, taking pictures and doing photo editing to produce catalogs to promote online shopping. • Responsible in managing outlet's stock inventory, visual display, organization and cleanliness. • Responsible in cashiering and outlet financial duties. Manage daily finance reports, ensure SOP is run well in the outlet. • Manage and monitor staff performance and tasks. Attend emails and upper levels instructions and demands.
