“How can we do it smarter, better, faster? How can we challenge ourselves?” I continually ask these questions not only of myself, but of my teams, colleagues, and company executives. I love meeting new people, managing diverse challenges, and seeing a project through to a successful conclusion. I don’t get mired in the status quo, and I don’t give up until I find solutions that benefit our clients and our company. My passions and skills include bringing teams across an organization together to meet customer needs, developing ongoing relationships within the company and with clients, and “powering the ship” to get to our goals. Currently Director of Solution Design at Randstad Sourceright US, designing and selling customized solutions to a range of complex staffing issues for domestic and global corporations, I work with colleagues across operations, finance, professional services, global solutions sales, and implementation. Prior roles include Program Manager, Randstad Sourceright, and Division Manager, AccountPros, a Randstad Company. As Division Manager, I was recognized twice with the President’s Club Award for outperforming expectations. I also have a solid background in managing daily operations.
