I've managed a family-owned click-and-mortar home brewing and winemaking hobby business since 2009. This experience has helped me develop a plethora of skills including customer service minded decisions to guide daily e-commerce and in-store operations, as well as annual marketing efforts. My entrepreneurial upbringing and mindset paired with my love for creating an excellent customer experience is what drives my work. I love viewing an e-commerce project from the eyes of the customer as well as the developer to find the perfect blend of functionality and design.I have more than 20 years of customer service experience, more than 13 years of store management experience, more than 8 years of e-commerce development and management experience, and an inherent knack for understanding customer needs as they relate to business operations and marketing.In May 2023, I begin a new chapter of my career with Specialty Coating Systems — putting my extensive customer service experience to use in a different industry!
