Identified and drove improvements in process, staffing, & technology that contributed to consistently achieving profitability goals as well as strong delivery performance. Part of initial strategic team that conceived of and designed new delivery model (Active Placement Model) that fundamentally changed philosophy and direction of core business; oversaw global launch including the creation of two new centralized delivery functions, change management and communication strategies, and implementation and tracking of success metrics for 65 countries. Initiated and oversaw centralization of revenue-generating engagement of 300K+ clients annually to initiate services, generating $4M in additional revenue in year one, $8M year 2, and $14M over 3 years.
