Lisa was responsible for planning, monitoring, and execution of project budgets ranging from $80 thousand to $16 million dollars. Lisa successfully managed multiple projects with 25+ team members concurrently. Lisa performed complex analytics of work schedules and benefit programs in a class action labor dispute. Due to data limitations, performed extrapolation of payroll and benefits information to complete the analysis. Create scenarios and segmentation in work patterns to establish benchmark behavior and outliers in activity. Lisa facilitated settlement for a stalemate litigation by performing historical accounting for royalty calculations by recreating interest payments for 150 accounts over a 13-year period.

Lisa developed customized application to automate the tracking and monitoring of cash flow which reduced the reporting time from one week to three days. She provided litigation support services to an engagement that was the largest class action suit against the United States government.Lisa designed and built an automated computerized tool in MS Access for County Health Services department to conduct time and motion studies for purposes of funding and reimbursement by the State. Streamlined the process of benchmarking and reporting administration hours to the State which reduced the life-cycle from three months to a week. Provided technical training to seven County hospitals.
