About Lisa Shuman

I have 20+ years of experience as a software developer and for more than 8 years I provided Service Management solutions using the Service Now platform. I am a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and System Administrator. I have extensive knowledge of the Service Now platform having done custom development in most, if not all of the modules. I have also focused on horizontal discovery, service mapping and service portal development.I have a master’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology. The knowledge I have gained from the program is feeding back into my work as a Senior Technical Trainer at ServiceNow. I have also been responsible for the development of service management internal web-based courses. Beyond my Service Now experience, I am also a Certified SCRUM Master and competent .Net developer with extensive skills in Javascript and HTML and am versed in the ITIL processes.
