Responsible for selling high-end sunglasses: Tom Ford, Celine, Jimmy Choo, Chloe, Prada, Dita, Fendi, Oliver Peoples. Merchandise product daily. Interact with customers, other associates and upper management. Provide the best service, assisting the store team and clients through the selling ceremony. Welcoming clients, understanding their needs and orienting them into the departments. Provide support while clients try on and discuss products. Serve as a liaison between the sales team and clients. Interact with customers to ensure client satisfaction. Pack and provide support during payment. Stock & Inventory Management: support colleagues with product replenishment and stock activities, to ensure store efficiency.Visual Management: ensure that products are ready for sale by following visual guidelines.
