I am apart of the Culinary & Support Team. I oversee the food safety, quality, menu management, roster optimisation, customer relations for the Healthcare sector, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client satisfaction. With a strong management and team building experience, I thrive working with purpose, building teams, keeping them engaged and the development of staff coming up through the ranks, to bring the best service to our residents.I am also the head of sales and strategy at Swotful, a digital marketing agency that specializes in Personal Branding & helping small business grow their online presence. I lead a team of sales and marketing professionals who design and implement effective campaigns for our clients, using data-driven insights and creative solutions. I have a diploma of management from William Angliss Institute and a certification in the fundamentals of digital marketing from Google.
